Code of Ethics

The WAYGFT Ranch strives to maintain a respectful environment built on honesty and trust. Focusing on our resident’s individual growth to include those core principles is important to us.

Our Process

Each application that is filled out and returned to WAYGFT is reviewed by our board. Applications are considered on an individual and case-by-case basis regardless of background or history. Once the board approves the applicant they will be put on the list for the next available bed. We believe in second chances and helping those that want help.

Resident Rules

WAYGFT Ranch has standard house rules to help build protective life skills and routine. Our home is a safe, monitored place for men to be proficient with standard household chores.

  • Cleaning

  • Cooking

  • Making their bed

  • Cleaning dishes

  • Attending meetings

  • Working their own program

  • Developing daily routines that help them set their day for success

  • Residents are given a welcome packet with the rules, regulations, requirements, phases etc.

  • Currently, housing is only for men.

  • There are no pets or animals allowed in the home or families.

  • We do have visiting hours, and our residents can earn rights for overnight etc.

  • If a resident relapses, we will help them find safe housing and vacate our facility until they are clean. It is a case-by-case basis on how we handle it and the severity of the situation as well as the people involved that were potentially hurt by it.

This is the first time I’ve actually worked a program and dug into a program. And it’s working. I’m working and reconnecting with my daughter. I’ve got a lot of good things going for me right now. It’s all because of this program and this place right here
